Who is Register Ready for?

Register Ready is built for portfolio and professional landlords, letting agents, property managers and larger property businesses across England — anyone responsible for organising information across more than a handful of properties.

Can I import an existing property spreadsheet?

Yes. Register Ready is designed to start from the spreadsheets and property records you already have, rather than asking you to re-key your portfolio.

Imported information is organised into a structured record for each landlord, portfolio and property, and anything missing or incomplete is highlighted.

Does NORTHVANE register properties with the government?

Register Ready is designed to support the registration process, not replace it. It helps you organise information, identify what's missing, prepare a registration-ready record for each property and track registration status and references.

How records are submitted will depend on the routes the official service supports. Register Ready does not register properties automatically and does not guarantee compliance.

What happens if the government introduces bulk upload or an API?

Register Ready doesn't depend on either. Your records are organised in a structured way regardless of how submission is supported.

If bulk upload or an official integration becomes available, Register Ready is designed to make use of it where officially supported. We won't describe either as available unless it is.

Can Register Ready be used after registration?

Yes. Property, compliance and registration information keeps changing — certificates are renewed, ownership details change and properties are added. Register Ready is designed to keep those records organised and to track registration references and outstanding actions over time.

Is NORTHVANE part of the government?

No. NORTHVANE is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HM Government.
